1. General Policy

All services provided by this business are delivered as structured virtual consulting sessions. By booking and purchasing a session, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. No Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable. Once a session has been booked and payment has been successfully processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to:
   •    Change of mind
   •    Scheduling conflicts
   •    Missed sessions
   •    Personal circumstances
   •    Dissatisfaction after the session

3. Rescheduling Policy

Clients may request to reschedule their session with at least 24–48 hours notice prior to the scheduled appointment time.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be completed through the official booking system or by contacting support.

Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will be considered a forfeited session.

4. Late Arrivals

Clients are expected to join sessions on time. Late arrivals may result in a reduced session time. Sessions will still end at the scheduled time to respect other bookings.

5. No-Show Policy

If a client does not attend their scheduled session and does not provide prior notice, the session will be marked as completed and is not eligible for rescheduling or refund.

6. Service Delivery

All consulting services are delivered virtually through scheduled sessions. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the required technology and internet access to attend their session.

By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
